You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any explanations. You can use this template, although it is not mandatory.
01. How to withdraw
Notify us of your decision before the deadline by writing to devoluciones@joyasdesegundamano.es with your order number. A clear statement is sufficient; you can copy the template below.
How to return the product, in what condition, and when you will receive the refund is explained in Returns.
As established by law (Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), there is no right of withdrawal for custom-made or clearly personalized products, such as a custom-engraved piece of jewelry.
