Conditions of the loyalty program and recommendations from joyasdesegundamano.es: how to earn and use the Gift Balance.
01. Organizer
The program is organized by OROSANTANDER SL (CIF B67901082), Calle San Fernando 16, 39010 Santander, Cantabria, Spain, holder of joyasdesegundamano.es.

02. Who participates
Anyone with a customer account at joyasdesegundamano.es can participate. You join the program by creating your account and accepting these conditions. It is free and does not require you to make a purchase.
You can leave it whenever you want by closing your account. When you close it, any unused balance is canceled.
03. Balance from your purchases
For every order you make with your account, you earn a percentage of the product amount, currently 1 %, in the form of Gift Balance (credit to use in the store).
It is calculated on what you pay for the products, VAT included. Shipping costs and other charges do not count, nor does the part of the order you pay with balance.
The balance is credited when the order is completed. If you purchased as a guest and then create your account or log in with the same email, the balance from your last guest order is credited.
04. Balance for referrals
In My account, you have your referral link. If someone uses it and makes their first order within the next 30 days, you earn a percentage of their product amount, currently 1 % (VAT included, excluding shipping costs). It is added to your Gift Balance when their order is completed.
Only the first order of each new customer counts. No balance is credited for orders made by yourself or with your own details, and some referrals may be under review before being credited (for example, newly created accounts or many orders in a short time).
Professional collaborators (content creators, partners) may have their own agreement, which may include payment in cash against invoice.
05. How to use the balance
When you shop with your account, the available balance is automatically deducted from the product price, up to the total amount. It does not apply to shipping costs.
The balance cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or sold. You can view your balance and its movements in My account.
The balance does not expire as long as the program is active.
06. Returns and cancellations
If an order is canceled, refunded, or not paid, the balance generated is withdrawn, both yours and the referral commission, if any. In partial returns, the proportional part is withdrawn.
If you had already spent that balance, the remaining balance is withdrawn, ensuring your balance never goes below zero.
If you paid part of an order with balance and that order is canceled or refunded, the used balance returns to your account.
07. Fraud and corrections
We can correct or cancel the balance that comes from an obvious calculation error, fraudulent or abusive use of the program, or violation of these conditions. In such cases, we may also suspend your participation.
08. Changes to the program
We can change the percentages, these conditions, or terminate the program. Changes will be published on this page with their date and will be notified on the website or by email.
09. Personal data and applicable law
The program data (balance, orders, and referrals) is processed as explained in the privacy policy.
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation and do not limit the rights recognized to you by consumer regulations.
