Charms and Engravable Tags

Charms are small pieces to hang from a chain or bracelet: initials, letters, geometric shapes, rectangular or oval tags to engrave a name and date. We engrave in-house at no extra cost on pieces purchased from us.

Hearts and Anniversary Pendants

Pieces to gift at weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays. We include models with set semi-precious stones, with or without matching chain.

How to Choose the Right Size and Weight

• For Baby/Child (Communion): piece of 12-18 mm and 0.5-1.5 g. Closure always checked.
• For Daily Use: 18-25 mm and 2-4 g. Compatible with a 45-50 cm chain.
• For Dressing Up: 25-40 mm and 4-8 g. Barbada or Venetian chain of 50-60 cm.

1. Official contrast (750, 585, or 375) verified with a 10x magnifying glass.
2. Touch test to confirm the gold content.
3. Weight recorded with a scale calibrated to 0.01 g.
4. Review of the hook (handle) and, if necessary, reinforcement in-house.

Yes, in our own workshop. Hand engraving on antique pieces and laser engraving on modern pieces. No cost for pieces purchased from us; €15-30 for customer-owned pieces.

Are vintage pendants equally durable?

Yes, as long as the handle is checked. In Oro Santander, we reinforce the handle before publishing any piece over 30 years old. If you notice looseness after purchase, bring it in and we will check it for free.

Can I exchange it for another model if I don’t like it?

You have 15 days to return it for a full refund or exchange for another piece from the catalog. Returns are free if due to a defect; shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if due to a change of mind.
